Better if cold brewed
The coffee tastes old and stale if hot brewed, but subtle and mellow if cold brewed. I recommend the latter. However, since I do not cold brew coffee often, I probably will not purchase these beans again.

Too light
Interesting flavor, but this roast is too light for cold brew, as it lacks that chocolately taste that a dark roast produces. And for drip, the light roast was too mellow for me. Required alot of grounds to get coffee strong enough that it tasted like coffee. It was easy to drink, but I like a medium to medium dark roast for drip, and a dark roast for cold brew.
