Trotz des verhältnismäßig hohen Preises hatte ich dieses Gerät bestellt, um mein iPhone XS MAX, meine Apple Watch und meine eben erst gekauften neuen Airpods 2 mit der Drahtlos-Ladebox gleichzeitig mit Strom versorgen zu können. Andere, vergleichbare Geräte für meine Ansprüche (3 Geräte gleichzeitig laden, wobei eine Halterung für eine Apple Watch benötigt wird) gibt es nicht oder kaum, zumindest habe ich zurzeit weder bei Amazon noch bei Apple derartige Geräte finden können.Das iPhone und die Watch werden anstandslos geladen, das Airpod-Case dagegen leider nicht. Das Case musste punktgenau auf eins der beiden entsprechenden Symbole auf der Platte gelegt werden, was schon mehrere Versuche erfordert, sonst passierte gar nix. Hatte ich das mal geschafft, wurde für ein paar Minuten geladen, bis bei mir der Ladevorgang abgebrochen wurde. Das passierte mir mit etlichen Versuchen leider auf beiden Ladepunkten der Platte.Auf anderen Drahtlos-Ladegeräten werden meine Airpods 2 anstandslos und unterbrechungsfrei geladen.Also geht das Gerät zurück an Amazon.

Well, the packaging is excellent and the product is lovely but..........The product I bought would not charge AirPods. When I contacted Zens they tried to say the AirPods case is not QI compatible, even though it is.They offered me a replacement model once the new version (that would charge airpods) was out so I agreed to wait. A month later they contacted me and advised I had to send the existing one back to Holland at my expense and only then would I get the new version.I pointed out that the product picture clearly showed the mat charging an AirPod case. They didn’t seem to be interested.So be aware - this product in it’s initial version at least - will not charge the AirPods case. The new version will, but how will you know which version you are buying? I asked Zens but they declined to say.If you want to charge multiple phones and a watch then great but if you want to charge an AirPods case (and get decent customer service) then I suggest looking elsewhere.I’ve returned mine to amazon and will be looking for alternatives.

I thought I would do a review this cam today excited to open it to find it has 2 pin plug I spoke to Amazon UK and they could not care less crazy went on the Zens website contact page that does not work I have had to e mmail them lets see what happens. Yes the unit looks great but why should I have to purchase a Adaptor to get it to work as is was not cheap.

Overall I’m pretty happy with this charging stand. The magnetic watch dock is faultless; the magnet is much more powerful than the standard Apple charger and grabs your watch with a satisfying clunk.The phone charger is a bit trickier. If you’re prone to using this in the dark, be ready for a good minute or so of sliding your phone around trying to find the sweet spot on the mat where it will actually charge. It’s not uncommon to find a dead phone in the morning because you thought you’d found the spot but didn’t.Finally, the stand makes a very quiet, almost imperceptible buzz when the phone is charging. A little weird, but I got used to it.

Nice look and feel, straight forward setup. However, when you dock your watch, the angle is not steep enough to put the watch into bedside mode. I had to glue shims to the underside of the back of the base to raise it up to induce bedside mode. The manufacturer should consider making the head of the raised watch stand adjustable. There is a fine line in having a sufficient angle to induce bedside mode and having too much angle causing the watch to slip off. Shimming the underside of the base tilts your phone towards you making it easier to see when necessary.
