Easy to assemble and so comfortable.

The box it came in was huge and it’s pretty heavy. It wasn’t too difficult to put together on my own, the only thing I struggled with was one of the screws for the armrests wouldn’t go in all the way so I just left it out, they’re pretty secure with just three screws so it feels fine. The tilt tension knob was suuuuper hard to loosen, I let it soak in some wd40 and gave the top a few taps with a hammer to loosen it and it eventually went.The chair itself is surprisingly comfortable so far, the lumbar cushion isn’t great so I don’t use it but it’s nice without it. The seat is nice and deep so my thighs are supported all the way to my knees (I am short though, 5’1”)The back is a little on the narrow side, the wings hug my sides which is nice for the added support but if you’re a wide person you’d probably be uncomfortable.The armrests are a tad too far forward for me, my elbows only just rest on the backs of them if I twist them inwards. Being able to lock the armrests in position would be nice but maybe I’m missing something as they rotate freely which is great but frustrating when you lean any weight on them at all. They’re super easy to move up and down, all the levers are easy to use and I have arthritic hands and arms.I’ve only had it a few days so far but overall I’d say it was a good purchase, just a couple of niggly things I’d change if I could.

Chair on the whole is good, but badly let down by the stupid armrest feature. Not only is the highest setting too low, but the fact they swivel is totally needless. Shame really as the rest of the chair is totally functional.

Easy to assemble. Moves easy on castors and looks nice

Bought for son to use for gaming and study. Comfortable with great recline.Had difficulty with build as part of broken part supplied fixed to mechanism. Had to figure out. Credit that replacement part included and well as broken part - evidence that parts of the chair had been factory build tested.Chair chosen based on review, price, and being unflashy. So far, meeting all specifications, although study as yet, unproven.

Great chair which I got for my son for Christmas but be very careful with the bolts on assembly, two of the bolt holes were cross threaded luckily I had the tools to fix it.

2 months in after not much use its wobbly, squeeky and uncomfortable. Arm rests are also bad
