So far, so good. The gelatin capsules are easy for me to swallow (2 w/water), but they’re not tiny. Likely, close to 1/2 inch long and about as thick as a regular No. 2 yellow pencil. If you have problems swallowing pills, these may not be for you. But the benefits of the ingredients far outweigh the “gag reflex”. I’m very satisfied, so far.

I've been taking this pills now for three days. After the first day I've been becoming nauseous after a couple hours of ingesting the recommend dose of two pills. I have to say I hope the nausea goes away because if it continues I will have to stop taking it all together. It's a shame because I like the combination of all the different vitamins in one.
