As good as OEM...
Perfect fit, nice touch it came with all new bulbs in it pre-installed, didn't read that it came like that anywhere, but was a super nice extra, thank you for that.

Slight gap, but does the job
Ford quoted me $200 for a new taillight. Bought this as an alternative. Definitely worth it at the price ($42). It doesn’t fit 100%, but less than 1/16 inch gap (picture attached) is worth $160. Super easy to install (2 x 10 mm bolts to remove and a slight pull straight back).

Not the best fit
I changed my bulbs out a couple days before the taillight housing got broken. Bad luck I suppose.. The factory came on and off smoothly though. Anyways, one good thing about these is they come with bulbs. I didn't need them but that could appeal to shoppers. My only issue with the product is that it didn't go in easily. It put up a reasonable fight honestly. I shouted out some colorful words during the process. The plastic catcher on the top was hitting lower than it should and the metal carchers on the inside didn't want to let loose once they got in. After I finally got it loose again I switched out one of the anchors with the factory one which was smoother than the sharp metal one that came on this taillight. That helped a lot. I also had to straighten the female receivers for the catches because they got pulled out of place trying to get this in correctly. I had to bend the top one down a little lower to catch the plastic male part on the top. I wound up scratching the paint in a couple places before I managed to get it in place adequately. The bottom of the taillight tried to stick out and I had to put some pressure on it in order to screw it in. I almost sent it back but it is there now. I just hope the seals or glue don't come lose because it is in a little bit of a strain. Fit could definitely be better.
