Zhiyun Crane 2 Mini Dual Grip with Three 1/4" Screw Holes and Wrist Strap for Zhiyun Crane 2 Crane Plus Crane M and Other Handheld Gimbal Which Has 1/4 Screw

Much higher quality than I expected. Most of the item is aluminum. Everything feels very sturdy and long-lasting. Be careful not to lose the 1/4 20 thumb screw. The Mini Dual Grip attaches in between the base of my Crane 2 and the tripod that comes with the gimbal. It helps with distributing the weight, improving stability and allows one to attach multiple accessories. It works great for inverted mode since you can hold the Mini Dual Grip instead of the tripod. A nice little accessory that is high quality. I think the narrow width of this item in comparison to the Dual Handgrip makes it ideal for moving through crowds at weddings and in the street.

This thing is so sturdy! I just wish it had more Mount points on it for attaching other devices.And it puts my 7” monitor a little high. Would be nice to have a little movable ball head of sorts to adjust the position

I highly recommend this grip. What I like is that I can add a light, I can connect my zoom H6, or my monitor. It’s also my handle when it’s not in used. The grip is solid, it helps with the weight of the camera. I love it. I also have access to the Gimbal controls and setting. That’s why I like it better than the dual handle.

if i didnt get this thing, i wouldnt be able to last a whole day of shooting without it. also has a nice little attachment on top for a light or monitor!

Works great. I wish I had waited for the DJI version. Has a few better features for less money. Still, it's a good gimble. Warranty sucks.

Yesterday, while shooting on location I started to remove the Zhiyun Tripod Grip from the base of the Zhiyun Mini Duel Grip to get a better angle for a shot and before I could twist the Tripod Grip one quarter turn (1/4 or 0.25), the Zhiyun Crane 2 along with my entire camera and rig crashed to the ground and broke thousands of dollars in equipment! I have NEVER dropped anything before in my 18 year professional career. To be clear, the Mini Duel Grip and Tripod Grip were still in my hands when the Crane 2 and my Camera fell to the ground!Upon inspection, I discovered that one of the two Mini Duel Grips I was using at the time was manufactured with a 1/4" Thread Mount that is very short and unable to properly attach to the Zhiyun Crane 2 base. I thought the 1/4" Thread might have broke, but it is clear that it did not and was in fact was a manufacturing flaw. When attaching the Mini Duel Grip to the base of the Zhiyun Crane 2, it takes a couple spins to tighten it so I never thought anything was wrong. However, the Mini Duel Grip is never able to become secure because the 1/4" thread is only held by about 1/2 turn maximum so all the spinning was just the short thread unable to tighten.The failure of the Mini Duel Grip to properly attach not only cost me the broken equipment, but about an hour of costly shooting time while I cleaned up the mess and set up another rig.I do love my Zhiyun Crane 2 and think in general the products are excellent, but this does not change the fact that the Mini Duel Grips intended purpose was to securely mount to to the gimbal it it did not do that. I do own two of the Mini Duel grips and one of them is fine, so inspect your equipment carefully before using it.

The dual grip didn't make much sense because my hands would be away from the gimble controls I use to control the camera. This gives me extra grip with a monitor and still keeps my hand on the controls.
