I've tried tons of different brands and strains of probiotics and this is absolutely the best. Taking this daily has dramatically improved my health. 70% of your immune system is in your digestive system so I believe it can help a lot of different types of issues by boosting your immune system. I finally have my life back and I attribute it largely to my daily use of Culturelle. Within 2 weeks I was feeling a difference and I'm certain this was what helped me because in the past I've stopped taking it for a day or two in between when I ran out and picking up another box and I could feel my symptoms returning. My skin looks better, I no longer need to have such an ultra restrictive diet, and the autoimmune disorder and digestive issues I suffer from have improved dramatically. I highly recommend this product! Unlike a lot of products it's safe for daily, long term use. I started off with a higher dose for the first couple of weeks and then reduced it to maintain the effects.

You take one capsule a day. After only THREE DAYS of taking Culturelle, I was back to my old self with a good appetite and no stomach problems. It was like a miracle. I have taken it faithfully since then. Probiotics need to be taken daily for health maintenance; they are not something to be taken "as needed." I highly recommend this product

Does help me keep my digestive system " on track".

This is a good product. I use it for digestive health and it's the best of the probiotics I have tried. No side effects as far as I'm concerned. I would recommend this to anyone with digestive problems.

too costly

I have tried both varieties - Health and Wellness and Digestive Health ...both seem to do the trick for me ...but I think Health and Wellness is better. There is an ingredient in Digestive Health that produces a bit of discomfort for me ...Inulin is chicory root extract and it causes a bit of gas and well, the very thing i DON'T want to happen! I take one [Health and Wellness] in the morning and am good to go!

Exactly what I was looking for. Hard to find in stores. This product was recommended for my son by his doctor. My son had a bacterial infection in his stomach and this product helped to rid him of the problem.

My wife an I take a Culturelle Probiotic every morning as ordered by our doctor. We find it really does the job keeping our digestive systems in good shape. Their are more expensive brands that we have found have the same active ingredient at a much higher price. For my money Culturelle gets the job done.
