So we bought it based on that. At first use, all the water leaked out on the floor (possibly due to a broken gray plastic piece that was loose in the box). Called Zeny website, Olivia sent a replacement. Have run several loads, and everything seems to be fine with this second one. Works as advertised. I'm greatly relieved!Great customer service, received replacement in 3 days.Turned out the great reviews were for the smaller, 8 pound capacity model. Hopefully that was just a printing error, with no shenanigans intended.I would recommend this 1.6 cu. ft., 10 pound capacity compact, portable washer, which hooks up to our condos' sink nicely. We could not attach the supplied drain hook to our sink counter, so we double zip-tied the water inlet and outlet hoses together about 15 inches from the faucet.We also had to buy a $5 quick-connect fitting for our kitchen sink faucet to fit their garden hose connector to.Seems like a great buy.

You can attach it to a facet or a shower nozzle. Depending on how you set it up you may need to buy an adapter. I bought dual adapter so I can use my shower and the washing machine without unhooking it each time. You can drain it into a sink, bath tub or toliet. You can't wash heavy blankets in it, but you can wash light weigh blankets. This little washer is perfect for a single person living in apartment or dorm where there isn't a washer dryer hook up. I've had this washer for about 3 years now and I haven't had any problems with it!
