Beautiful knife 100%. But doesn’t come as sharp as a Japanese knife should. But good wet stone and it’s lovely to use. I now use in a professional kitchen most days

good but dull
the design is very very nice and is a good weight, however it came very dull and was a little bit dirty. i tried cutting some paper with it and it did not work very well. we will have to sharpen it before giving it as a christmas gift.
